Used Cherwell ticketing system to resolve daily issues with customer's desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other office equipment:

● Acted as the first contact for users.

● Performed Windows OS image installation to upgrade and refresh Windows 7 and 8 to Windows 10 on desktops and laptops. As well as PXE installation to image and configure 32 - 48 Windows 10HP, Lenovo, and Dell Laptops and desktops with intended domain credentials, permissions, adobe, and office suite configurations.

● Created shared resources directory between clients in art department workgroup to ensure continuous connectivity and productivity.

● Troubleshot and replaced faulty hardware including motherboards, hard drives, monitors, fuser drums, projector bulbs, and wires for teacher and student devices.
